Pre-heat the microwave in convection mode

Grease the rectangle shaped cake tin with oil and flour

Take a bowl. Add butter,condensedmilk,vanilla essence and powdered sugar and mix well.

Add pineapple crush and lemon yellow colour

Take a sieve add all purpose flour baking powder strain them well in a bowl.

Mix well by adding milk to it with a cut fold method and add tutti futti in it.

Pour the cake batter in cake tin and tap it well to release air bubbles

Now bake the cake in microwave for 30-35 min on convection mode at 180 degree c
- 9
Once baked let the cake cool for 1 hour and cut in pieces and serve it
