Add Yeast, sugar, salt, Cinammon to warm milk.

Add flour little by little while kneading

Once done kneading cover the dough for it to rise. Approximately 30-45 minutes

Roll small round of dough and make chapati like shape, then cut into your desired shape. Deep in hot oil till golden brown

Enjoy your Mahamri with a cup of cardamom tea.
