Ingredients

  • 1 cupOats
  • 1 tbspFinely chopped onion
  • 1 tbspFinely chopped cucumber
  • 2 tspFinely chopped tomato
  • 2 tspFinely chopped cabbage
  • 1-1/2 tspPomegranate
  • 1 tbspRoasted peanuts
  • 1 tbspCrushed cornflakes
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspGreen chilli finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteChat masala
  • 1 tspFresh Coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and roast oats, till golden brown colour.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl and add all the veggies in it, add chopped chilli, Salt chat masala and lemon juice in it,. Mix it well

    Lastly add peanuts, pomegranate, oats, corn flakes and chopped fresh coriander leaves mix it again. Oats bhel is ready. Bhi healthy T time snacks.

    You can also add green chutany and sweet chutany in it, if you like.
