Peel the potatoes

Slice the potatoes (optional) and deep fry.

Chop onion and pepper in a medium size.

Chop ginger (finely chopped)

Crack eggs into a bowl, add onion and pepper, add the fried potatoes and seasoning and mix

Put small amount of oil on a pan and add ginger, then finally add the potatoes and fry
