Ingredients

  1. 2 tinsblack beans
  2. 1onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 3 teaspooncumin
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 2 teaspoonChinese five spice
  7. 2 teaspoonchilli
  8. 1 teaspoonginger
  9. 1stock cube
  10. Pintwater
  11. 1 portiondried noodles
  12. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In large pan add onion. Garlic and carrott. Fry off.

  2. 2

    Drain and rinse beans and add to pan.

  3. 3

    Add all spices.

  4. 4

    Add stock and water.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Bring all to a simmer and cook until carrot is soft.

  7. 7

    Blitz with a hand blender.

  8. 8

    Add the dried noodles. Simmer for 10 mins. Add more water if a little think.

  9. 9

    Serve with bread or nachos!!
