Egusi and ukazi soup
Using ukazi in souo make sure.

Boil the beef with salt and onion.

Heat up palmoil in cooking pot to bleach then fry the egusi(grinded),stir as is frying pour in the boiled meat with stock amd water stir anf boil very well.sprinkle in the achi(grinded) stir to make sure no lumps.after 5-10minutes

Put Crayfish,pepper,salt and seasoning cubes.it will cook up to 20minutes the pound the sliced ukazi and put in stir and boil a bit.
