2 tspoil
1 tspsugar
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
to tasteSalt
as neededOil for fry

Put maida,salt,sugar,oil,baking soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl add water and knead the dough

Dough rest for 1-2 hours.

Make bhatura and deep fry
