  1. 2cooked beetroot (boiled) cut in four pieces
  2. 100 gmcooked chickpeas(soaked in water overnight then boiled)
  3. 50 gmsesame seeds
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2Pomegranate seeds
  6. As neededwalnut
  7. 1 tspLime juice
  8. As neededcurd
  9. Pinchseasalt
  10. Pinchsalt
  11. 1/2 Bunchcoriander leaves

  1. 1

    Take a blender add all ingredients systematically add olive oil, next chickpeas then beetroot, then fried sesame seeds, coriander leaves, sea salt and salt then curd next pomegranate seeds and walnut and one more oil

    Blend well, perfect hummus is ready
