  • 2ripe mangoes
  • 1ripe ovacado
  • 2 spoonssugar (optional)
  • 1 cupwater

    Wash your fruits well

    Remove the peels and cut them into small pieces

    Then, you put them in a blender jug.add the sugar and one cup of water and blend for 3 minutes.

    Now sieve your juice and put it to cool for 15 minutes in a fridge. Serve and enjoy.
