Steps

Peel and wash yams. Add into a pot, add salt or sugar and boil until tender.

In one flat plate, add flour, seasoning cubes and yaji Spice. Mix well.

In another plate break and whisk the eggs. Add the same spice like the flour.

Take your boiled yam and add into the plate of flour. Coat all sides and move into the egg plate.

Deep Fry until golden on both sides. Serve with Your desired sauce. I think Offal peppersoup or liver sauce goes really well.
