Ingredients

150 gmFlour
1/2 tspBaking Soda
1 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tspMixed Spice Powder (Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper)
200 gmBrown Sugar
50 gmWalnut
3Eggs
1 cupgrated Carrot
1/2 cupmashed Banana
1/2 cupVegetable Oil

Steps

Sift Flour, Soda, Mixed Spice Powder, and Sugar into a large bowl.

Add in the remaining ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a prepared tin.

Bake in moderate slow oven for 1 hour at 150°.
