Steps

Wash & rinse the sogo with fresh water for 2_3 times.

Soak in 1 cup of milk for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile boil milk in a heavy bottom karahi not in a pan on low flame for 10 minutes.

Stir constantly till a boil comes now add 1/2 cup of water in it.Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Pour 2 tbsp of boiled milk in kesar & mix well.keep it aside.

Now add soaked sogo along with the milk.

Stir constantly.

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes & then check if sogo is properly cooked or become smooth or not.

Add kesar with milk & mix well..Stir constantly & add 4 green cardamom powder.

Stir constantly & add 4 green cardamom powder.

Now add sugar& cook another for 5 minutes.

Switch off the flame & before serving add chopped dryfrits U can eat it hot as well as cold.
