Steps

Parboil the rice for 5 minutes and set aside.

Add curry into the stock water and boil the rice but not too soft, bring it down and spray in the wide tray to get cool while frying the vegetables.

Fry the vegetables in a fry pan half done, then put pot on a low heat and and start adding the rice and vegetables bit by bit while frying it.
