  1. 3 cupswarm water Warm water
  2. 4full cups Palmfruits
  3. Salt

    Wash the palmfruits,boil adding only salt.

  2. 2

    Boil it for 30minutes.squeeze in warm water and squeeze out the liquid boil and you will get the palmstock.
