Soak the moong dal for atleast 30 mins before preparing the dill stir fry

Place a wok or kadhai on the heat and warm some oil in it.

Add the mustard seeds,cumin seeds and allow them to crackle a little. then add green chillies and onions finely chopped toss these together

Then add the moong dal and mix it well after few mins add the dill/shepu and mix it well add salt and let it cook for few mins.

Take care not to burn the dal, and you can add a tablespoon of water, if required.

Do not overcook it and your tasty dill greens/shepu ki bhaji is ready
