Steps

Heat 1tspn ghee in a pan then add grated coconut. stir and saute on low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Now add condensed milk and cardamom powder.stir very well and cook on low flame untill it becomes thick

Keep stirring regularly,when the mixture begins to leave the sides of pan and collect together.then switch off the flame

Allow it to cool.now apply some ghee on your hand and make a small to medium balls from the mixture and form ladoos.

Roll the ladoos in desicated coconut and serve it.
