Cook beans till it's extremely soft add a little salt ad onion to taste

For the stew, blend ur tomatoes, peppers and onion

Eat up the palm oil and pour in the blended items. Fry until water is dry and left wit oil and paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and stire well. Add a little water to the stew if you want but I added more Palm oil instead of water.
