Ingredients

15 mins
  • 260 gpeanut butter
  • 200 gsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  2. 2

    Roll dough into 2.5cm balls and place 5cm apart on a tray lined with parchment paper

  3. 3

    Use a fork to press down on balls and make a # pattern

  4. 4

    Bake at 250°c for 10 to 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Set aside to allow cookies to cool and harden
