Ingredients

  1. 6chicken fryer pieces (bone-in, skin on), I prefer thighs
  2. 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  3. 1/3 cuphoney
  4. 2 tbspprepared mustard
  5. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. 2

    Arrange chicken in a baking dish with the skin side up. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 minutes (until chicken is tender and brown). Serve with rice and veggies. Serves 4-6.
