First step :-make katori take a bowl,add maida, butter and salt and make a stiff dough using a little water and make a perfect dough.

Second step :- divide the dough and make katori, heat the oil in a pan and fry katori in low flame.

Third step :- filling :- take a chaat katori and fill boiled chole, potato, curd, lmli chutney, sev bujiya any all masaley and chaat masala, pomegranate katori chaat is ready to eat.
