In a pan put 3 tsp butter and heat it and add dalchini, bay leaves,elaichi, green chilli, red chilli, cashews,ginger garlic, and fry for 2 min.then add tomatoes lower the heat and cover and let it cook for 10 minutes. Once it cool down and grind it and keep aside.

In a pan put 3 tsp butter and oil heat it and add Jeera,hing, onion,saute for 2 min then add haldi,all vegetables saute for 2 minutes then add chilli Powder dhaniya powder and salt fry for 2 min then add the grind masala and mix well and add dry fenugreek leaves, sugar and cream and Garam Masala

Veg jalfrezi is ready serve with chapati and butter Naan.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
