Break the coconut and cut it into small pieces. Remove the dabino seed, wash and soak in water for easy blending. Wash the aya too

Pour the coconut, dabino, and tiger nuts in a blender and blend it very well. You can put it in batches while you put water to allow it blend very well.

Sieve to remove chaff and store in a fridge

Serve chilled
