Garlic veggie fried rice❤

Soak rice for 30 minutes.

Heat little oil add minced garlic then pour in washed soaked rice and stir fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Add stock,seasoning,and little water to cook the rice.

Wash and cut vegetables, chicken and sausage to same size.

Pour oil into pan add ginger and garlic paste, then onions and black pepper. Sauté and add cubed chicken. Stir fry for a minute.

Add in ground scortch bonnet, sausage, carrots and green beans. After 5 minutes, add bell peppers, spring onions scrambled egg and seasonings.

Pour in cooked rice into veggies then splash soy sauce and continue stir frying. When it is done. Serve with salad.
