Oats semolina dhokla

Firstly add roasted and grinded oats, semolina,then mix sugar, salt and curd make a thick paste and add 3/4 cup of water and mix it very well.

Now add lemon juice mix it and keep it aside for 10-12 minutes.

Now grease the microwave mould. After that mix beetroot juice in paste for red colour. Then add eno fruit salt, mix it and immediately pour into microwave mould. Microwave for 30 minutes.

Side by side make Tadka-
Heat the oil. Split Rai,sesame seeds, green chilli and curry leaves.spread it on dhoklas.serve these dhokla with tomato sauce and green chutney.
