Seive dry ingredients twice keep a side

Take mixing bowl add butter and sugar beat it till fluffy and creamy add dry ingredients slowly with milk adjust consistency till you get pouring consistency pour mixture in greased cup cake mould fill 3/4 bake 170 degree for 15/17 min or till done time may vary depending on oven to oven cool it completely
