A unique breakfast filled with veggies for a healthy and colorful start to your day!!
Steps

Wash and soak sago overnight. Drain the water and keep aside.

Finely chop onion, capsicum and carrot.

Heat oil in pan. Once oil gets warm, add mustard seeds, jeera and gram dal.

When the dal turns golden colour, add asafoetida, onion and curry leaves.

Add salt as per taste. Cook till onions turn pink.

Add the pepper and a pinch of turmeric.

Add the carrots and capsicum. Cook them for 2-3 mins only so that they remain crunchy.

Finally, add the sago and mix well until it becomes transparent.

Garnish with coriander and mint leaves along with a squeeze of lemon.
