Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 2carrots, shred
  2. 2handfull of casim, slicr thinly
  3. 3eggs
  4. 3garlics, smashed and chopped thinly
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. Chicken powder
  9. Some water

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add the oil in a pan. Crack the eggs and make a scramble.

  2. 2

    Set to the side of the pan. Add the mince garlics and stir until combined with the eggs.

  3. 3

    Add the water, then add the seasonings. Taste test.

  4. 4

    Add all the veggies. Stir until everything is combined and cooked.

  5. 5

    Turn off the heat and serve.
