Ingredients

  1. 6eggs
  2. 10 pcspack of sausages
  3. Salt
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 500 gbread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the 6 eggs for 15 minutes till ready

  2. 2

    Unwrap the sausage skin and roll it to stretch. Meanwhile remove the egg shells

    Roll the uncoated eggs into the thin sausage meat to achieve a perfect coat on the outside

    Beat some eggs on a different plate. Deep the coated eggs into the beat egg and then to the bread crumbs to form a coating.

    Heat a the cooking oil to achieve a certain temperature and then gently drop in the coated eggs into the boiled oil

  6. 6

    Remove the eggs after a perfect golden coat. Let it rest for some minutes to cool off. Cut into halves and serve.
