Frittita with Pao bhaji flavour

Frittata is an egg based healthy Italian breakfast dish with addition of vegetables, cheese or meat.It is very simple yet delicious to eat and for Indian twist I added pao bhaji flavoured sauted vegetables to my Frittata.

Frittata is an egg based healthy Italian breakfast dish with addition of vegetables, cheese or meat.It is very simple yet delicious to eat and for Indian twist I added pao bhaji flavoured sauted vegetables to my Frittata.
Steps

Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and grate the potato.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add the vegetables.

In high heat saute the veggies for 2 minutes or until little soft.

Add salt and pao bhaji masala and mix. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl break 6 eggs.

Beat with a fork and then add 1/4th cup of milk, salt and black pepper crush.

Mix well and add the prepared vegetables.

Stir well to combine.

Grease a baking proof round or square dish.

Transfer the batter to the dish.

Sprinkle chilli flakes, coriander leaves,grated cheese and breadcrumbs.

Dab some tomato ketchup on the top.

Bake the pao bhaji flavoured frittata in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degree C.

After 20 or 25 minutes later when the top of the frittata becomes nice golden brown remove from oven.

Garnish with some more grated cheese and spring onion and serve. They are very healthy and yummy. You can also use them to make sandwiches.
