Steps

Rinse the methi leaves well.

Drain them completely

Chop the methi leaves finely and keep it aside.

In a bowl mix the whole wheat flour salt & 1 teaspoon oil. Add ajwain seeds.

Add red chilli powder chopped green chilli coriander powder and chopped methi leaves.

Pour some water and knead it into a smooth dough.

Make medium size ball from the prepared dough.

Dust the ball with some dry flour & start rolling the ball into medium sized rotis.

Place the roti into hot tawa.when one side is bit cooked then flip the paratha.

Spread oil on the tawa.

Flip again you can see some brown spot on the paratha.

Flip the paratha till the paratha are evenly cooked and has golden spots.

Served hot paratha with curd and some pickles.

Or you can serve it with dried Potato curry.
