Steps

In a mixer jar add crumbled paneer,condensed milk,cardamom powder, saffron soaked milk,and milk. grind to make smooth paste.add custard powder and grind again.

Add 1tsp of ghee in a pan,add ground paste and stir until it becomes thick or start to leaving the sides of the pan.

Take off in a greased plate and let it cool completely.

After cooling grease hands with little ghee and knead to a soft dough.

Make equal sized of laddu from this mixture and garnish with pista flakes or with saffron.

Delicious flavourful malai laddu is ready.
