Soaked sabudana in water for 3 to 4 hours

Boil potato and cut into squares

Add oil, mustard seed,curry patta leaves, green chilli, potato,in microwave safe bowl and bake for 1 minute in microwave

Mix soaked sabudana, black pepper powder salt, sugar, and pour them in microwave safe bowl,mix all ingredients well and bake for 2 minutes in microwave

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve
