Grind the moong, fenugreek seeds and rice separately and make fine paste.

Now,mix both paste and add curd,pinch of salt,venegar.Mix all well and leave it for 6hours.

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,curry leaves,red chilli powder and mix this in idli batter.Nowke idli pot and make all the idlis.

For chutney, grind roasted peanuts, green chillies,curd and salt.Give tadka of mustard seeds,curry leaves.
