This is one of my favourite dish among the many gujarati dishes I know. It is typically enjoyed as a breakfast,as a side dish with a meal , or as a snack in the late afternoon. Made with the combination of wheat flour,gram flour,curd,spices and lots of shredded methi,stays fresh for 3 to 4 days and hence i cook a big batch whenever I make. You can halfen and make around 10 to 12 theplas. If storing then fry with a little more oil or ghee.
