In a bowl pour the beans and soak for 20mins with warm water. You can either use your hand to peel it or pound it in a mortar. Wash with enough water and strain after each step.

Using a heavy duty blender blend the beans together with diced onions, pepper and red bell peppers. Once you've achieved a very smooth paste, transfer into a clean bowl.

Using a wooden spoon stir to combine. Add the salt, ajino moto, mixed spices and curry. Beat with the wooden spoon for about 15mins. Heat oil in a pan and once hot start the frying process. Once the first side is brown flip to fry the other side. Once done drain in a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve with your pap or anything of choice.
