Wash beef put it in a pot,add water, chopped onions,daddawa, black pepper, palmoil and seasoning.place pot on fire and cook for 30 min

Wash and cut okro and ugu leaf

Grind ogbono with crayfish

When the meat is well cooked add the grinded ogbono and stir for 5 min

Add okro and ugu leaf and cook for 5min

Serve with semo/Amala/ eba/tuwon shinkafa etc
