Ingredients

  1. 1 C.Cauliflower Crumbles
  2. 2 Tbs.Onion, chopped
  3. 4Mushrooms, chopped
  4. 2Radishes, diced
  5. 1/2Zucchini, diced
  6. 1/4 tsp.Salt
  7. 1/8 tsp.Pepper
  8. 1/4 tsp.Garlic Powder
  9. 2 Tbs.Fresh Parsley, chopped
  10. 1/2 Tbs.Lime Juice

Cooking Instructions

    In a sauté pan, over medium heat, cook cauliflower, onion, mushrooms, radishes & zucchini.

    After about 6 minutes of cooking, stir in the salt, pepper & garlic powder.

  3. 3

    When veggies are cooked through and tender, stir in the parsley and lime juice. Cook another 3-5 minutes. Then serve.
