Vada with nariyal &tomato onion chutney

Soak dal for 8-9 hour. After that make a thick paste of it. Now pour it into a bowl and whisk it till become fluffy.Now add chopped green chilli,coriander, curry leaves salt and rice flour.

Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Now wet your hand and put some batter on your fingers and make a hole with the help of ur thumb. And transfer it into oil. Fry all the vada in medium hot oil till they become golden brown.

Natiyal chutney. Put all the ingredients in a jar and make a fine paste with the help of milk.

Onion chutney. Heat oil in a pan put onion into oil and fry for 3 minutes now add green chilli garlic and ginger to it and fry for 4 minutes. add degi mirch and tomato along with oil and cook it till tomato become soft. Now transfer it in to a bowl and wait till it become cool. Now grind it with the help of water dont forgot to add roasted chana dal.

Heat a small pan add 1 tsp oil 1 broken red chilli rai and curry leave. Garnish both chutney with it. And serve vada with both.
