Ingredients

  1. 3 cupssuji
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspeno
  6. 1/2 tspoil
  7. As requiredwater

Cooking Instructions

    Put suji,curd,salt and water in a mixing bowl.

    Add baking soda and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Grease oil in ildi mould add eno in batter and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Pour batter in mould and steam for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney.
