Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlSuji
  2. 1 bowlCurd
  3. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  6. 2Carrots
  7. 1Capsicum
  8. 1Onion
  9. To tasteBlack pepper
  10. As requiredTomato sauce
  11. As requiredSoya sauce
  12. As requiredSchezwan sauce

Cooking Instructions

    In one bowl add suji, curd, Salt and baking soda. Mix well. Keep aside for half an hour.

    Take idli stand grease with oil and steam idlis.after that cut all idli in 4 pics. Cut all the vegetable.

    Take a pan add oil. Add all vegetables and fry. Add salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, soya sauce and sezwan. Mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add idli and mix well. Cover the pan for 5 minutes on low flame. After 5 to 7 minutes mix well idli and now it's ready to eat.
