Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 5-6khakhra homemade or store-bought
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 1/2 cuptamarind chutney (meethi)
  4. 1/4 cupcoriander chutney
  5. 1/4 cuppomegranate seeds
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 2potato boiled and mashed
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  12. 1/2 cuppaneer
  13. 1 tspCumin seeds roasted
  14. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  15. 1 cupsprout moong(boiled)
  16. 1/2 cupsprout black chana(boiled)
  17. For garnish
  18. as neededChopped coriander leaves
  19. 1 tbsp- curd
  20. 1 tbspgreen chutney
  21. 1 tbsptamarind chutney
  22. 1 tbspgrated paneer

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add pomegranate seeds, chopped onion, chopped tomato, boiled sprout moong, boiled sprout chana,paneer,mix well

    Mix both chutney,salt,black salt,red chilli powder, chaat masala,cumin seeds and curd

    Take khakhra, arrange in a plate

    Spread mixture evenly on all khakhra

    Finally garnish both chutney,curd, chopped coriander leaves,and grated paneer
