Lentils with chapati
This is how I like my lentils
Cooking Instructions

Bring your lentils to boil until fully cooked, drain the excess water set a side.
- 2
Cut onion put in a cooking pot add enough oil, fry till golden brown, add your cubed tomatoes and salt, let them cook well
- 3
Cut your capsicum the way you like, add to your tomatoes stir then add your boiled lentils stir, add a little water for soup, let it boil for 3mins
- 4
Before you remove from fire garnish with coriander.... You can serve with rice or chapati....enjoy!
