Cooking Instructions

Weigh all the ingredients and set aside

Add the dry ingredients together and mix well

Add the egg to the dry ingredients and mix well then add the milk and make a dough which should be not hard nor to soft

Leave it for about an hour or so. then in a dusted working table cut the dough into a round then spend them and cut into desired shape

Then deep fry in hot oil and serve with your desired drink
