Shut-Up & Take My Money Cake

Normally this cake is called "Better Than Sex", but let's not kid ourselves there is no cake THAT good. So, on to the truth- I've been making this cake in this particular way for many years. I adore it and I have not found a soul that does not. I dare you to! (Dentists don't count)
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven accordingly.
- 2
I like to line the bottom of my pan with parchment paper at this point. The cake can be quite messy! I'm just trying to help.
- 3
Mix your pristine White cake mix according to box directions.
- 4
Pour the beautiful mix into the prepared cake pan.
- 5
Grab your awesome chocolate chips and toss about half of them all about the cake mix (in the pan).
- 6
Place your now Dalmatian looking cake mix into your now ready oven and bake for the required amount of time according to the "cake box" directions.
- 7
When the cake is done to your liking (toothpick test?) remove and allow to cool only 15 mins.
- 8
During your wait get out your caramel, pecans and weapon for stabbing- I use a set of chopsticks.
- 9
Cooled down a bit? Good. Start stabbing that innocent cake- not all willy nilly now! Have some decorum. I prefer to make a grid pattern and clean off the excess cake after a few stabbings.
- 10
It's time to add the rest of the chocolate chips to the top of the cake.
- 11
As evenly as possible pour the caramel onto the cake, attempting to get into the holes. Do the same with the Condensed Milk too. No one's watching, if you put a lil extra no one will guess.
- 12
It's now a pecan free for all! Sprinkle it all over the place (or just on the cake).
- 13
The hard part now is to wait for it to completely cool so that you can cut this Take My Money Cake without it falling apart.
- 14
Disclaimer: this cake is amazing even when it falls apart when you cut it too soon. Just eat it out of the pan with a fork. You will NOT be displeased-only wish there was ice cream in there too!

Chocolate Cake Chocolate Cake
I made this cake imagining a cake which was made in a cartoon on Valentine. If you know what I am talking about, please give it a try.The amount of sugar for the pound cake is for the cake to be slightly sweetened. Adjust the amount to your liking If you make a cut in the dough before baking the cake, the cake would be baked nicely. Please make the time to chill after putting the creamy chocolate in between the cake to be at least 3 hours. Unless it will fall apart when you take it out. Recipe by Sarichirusan cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Cake Chocolate Cake
Made this few week ago we frozen the slices and had 60g each every Saturday and Sunday with ice cream. This time I used butter instead of margarine and added 1 egg plus used large instead of medium. This cake is soft with crunchy top and sides. And everyone who tried it had it eat whole portion in 1 go as apposed to wanting to save some. Irmgard Gater -

Fig Cake Fig Cake
This is a fig version of a fruit butter cake that came from my British mother-in-law who makes it with prunes. The original prune version tasted so delicious, so I looked for a good fruit substitute in Japan, and found figs to be the perfect fit!Since fresh fruit is used to bake this cake, it is also delicious on the day it is baked. The cake becomes more moist the next day, adding another level of delight. Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate! Cake Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate! Cake
I often bake cakes for groups which require a large baking pan that would allow for a minimum of 24 servings.I found that iChef makes a Handi-foil 15x10 bake pan with lid (you can find it on line) that works perfectly. Although it is disposable I have used a pan at least 4 times without damage, just be careful when you are cutting a cake into serving pieces. I especially like that the bottom and sides are smooth to that it can be used it for cakes. The high lid is also convenient for frosting the cake and travelling to and from a venue if needed. The title of this recipe comes from its layers; chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, and chocolate pudding-flavored Cool Whip. I did a test cake and found that the pudding and whipping cream mixtures, while tasty, didn’t hold their shape very well. That is the reason I added the gelatin to both the pudding and pudding/Cool Whip mixtures. It was very easy to cut and serve the cake. And the pieces of cake looked nice as well! Adam Janowski -
