Steps

Take a kadai, heat a tsp of ghee and Satue the methileaves until raw smell goes.

Heat the tawa. Place the roti. Flip it and cook on both sides, spread ghee on it.

Once done remove from tawa. Have it with green chutney or onions and lemon or tomato ketchup.
