Steps

Heat oil in a non stick pan. add jeera and fry. now add green chilli, onion and fry for 4-5 minute.

Add tomato and salt. slow the gas. cover and cook for 3 minute. add red chilli powder and mix. and cook for 15 minute and cook.

Mix oats and add 1 cup or more water. mix and more water if required. cook for 5 minute.

Serve hot.
