Ingredients

  • 1 cupgreen chana
  • handfuldill leaves
  • 1 cupgram flour or as needed
  • 1onion sliced chopped
  • 2green chillies
  • handfulfresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspfennal seeds
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • pinchbaking soda
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all ingredients and mix them well.add required water to make batter.add baking soda and little bit of hot oil into the batter.so they becomes more crispy.

    Heat oil in a wok, drop batter using hands and fry until nice golden.

    Crispy green chana fritters is ready to serve.serve hot with green chutney or with sauce.
