Apply salt and lemon juice to chicken pieces set aside.

Grind ginger garlic green chillies coriander mint leaves into a fine paste

Grind fried onions and cashewnuts into a fine paste

Heat oil or ghee in a vessel add cloves cardomons cinnamons pepper corns once they splutter add chicken sautey for 2 minutes on high heat

Once chicken is whitish is colour add ginger garlic green chilli coriander mint leaves paste also add red chilli cumin and turmeric

Cook on medium flame till oil comes out then add fried onion cashewnut paste mix well

Simmer and cook till oil comes out make sure to keep mixing in between to avoid masala from burning

Once oil oozes out add hot water as required boil well then simmer till chicken is tender

Once chicken is done cashew chicken is ready serve with naan paratha roti phulka and chapati
