In deep pan take 1.5 cup water, add little salt, bring it to boil, then add 1/2cup washed quinoa, cook on medium flame

Take a pan heat seasame oil in it, add chopped garlic, saute it till it become brown in colour.

Now add chopped onion saute it for minute, add chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, saute it for minute, then add cubes of paneer

Now add soya sauce, vinegar, schezwan sauce, mix all together.

Then add cooked quinoa, salt, mix well, cook it for 2 mins.

Serve hot.
