Here I have stir fry chilli tofu with capsicum, onions and tofu (you can substitute tofu with chicken, paneer or any other meat) for you all!! .
So easy and delicious!! 💚.
It's a Indo Chinese dish recipe. This is a fresh, fast and yummy snack.
This chilli tofu lends a wonderful taste to tofu that makes the bowl really scrumptious, filling and healthy as a lunch or light dinner too.
Tofu is high in protein and contains all of the essential amino acids your body needs. It also provides fats, carbs and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals.
I really like this recipe because of it's flexibility with regards to how spicy you like your sauce to be, as well as what all vegetables you want to use. You can add your own favorite vegetables too. This vegetarian dish is not only healthy but also full of texture and flavors.

Steps

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add ginger, garlic and green chilies.

Saute on high heat for 30 seconds.

Add onions and saute for 1-2 minutes on a high flame and onions should start to become transclucent but crunchy.

Add the tofu and capsicum and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper and mix well.

Keep stirring as you cook on high heat for a few minutes till the sauce is coated to the veggies and tofu.

Garnish with spring onion greens and seasme seeds and serve hot!!
